To gift to the city of Auckland a living landscape to memorialise all who lost their lives in the Holocaust as well as the victims of other genocides.

To provide an ongoing educational opportunity for young Aucklanders linking the Holocaust and other genocides to contemporary human rights abuses, for example, xenophobia, racism, bigotry and bullying. To encourage empathy, compassion and a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.

To create a living landscape that serves as a powerful reminder: NEVER AGAIN.

“The Auckland Holocaust Memorial Trust represents all victims of the Holocaust.”
